New Career Site/Application Process

Why did we implement a new Career Site/Application Process?
We implemented a new career site/application process in order to create a more efficient way to recruit candidates and to allow you to electronically monitor your status in the recruiting process.

How will the new Application Process benefit you?
You will find it easier to search open positions using various search criteria such as location, and upload all required documents for each job in which you apply.  You will also be able to apply for positions faster and easier because the system will automatically add information Northside already has on file.

What will you need to do?
When you visit our new system for the first time, you will need to click Sign In to create and/or update profile information, even if you currently have an active application for an open position.  Once on the Sign In page, click the Create a New Account link under First Time Here.

What if I already applied for a position before the go live of the new Application Process?
All applicants who are associated with open positions will be moved to our new system.  All of your application information will be saved to the positions in which you applied.   However, you will not be able to check the status of this application online.  You will only be able to check the status of new applications.

What if I am not associated with an open position in the old system?
Only the profile/application information of those applicants associated with open positions will be moved to our new system.  All other job applicants will need to log in to our new system and create a profile.

What happens to my applications tied to closed positions in the old system?
Applications tied to closed positions will not be available in the new system.

How can I check the status of my application online?
You will need to sign in to your profile.  Once signed in, you can view your application status by clicking View My Profile, and then clicking View Application Status under the Application Activity panel.

Who can I call for questions?
You can contact the Human Resources office at 404-851-8745.

General

When can I expect to hear something regarding whether or not I am selected for an interview?
Interview selections are typically made within 2-3 weeks of resume selection. If you have not heard from a recruiter within 2-3 weeks, we invite you to search our career site for other opportunities.

How long does it take from the time I complete my background consent and survey to an interview?
The process is usually completed within 5 business days.

Do I need to apply for every role I am interested in or can I apply once/do I need to submit a new application for every position that interests me?
Yes.  Your profile information will be saved in our system where you can review and make edits; however, you will be required to submit an application to each position in which you are interested.

How long does my application stay on file?
Your candidate profile and application will remain on file indefinitely.  However, applications are only tied to the specific position for which you applied. If you are interested in more than one position, you must log into your candidate profile and apply to each position individually.

I have applied for multiple positions and have not heard anything. What type of communication should I expect?
Due to the volume of applications received, we are unable to personally contact every applicant. However, each applicant should receive an email thanking them for their interest in Northside and confirming that we received the application. We will contact candidates who meet the job qualifications and are selected for further consideration.  In addition, you can check the status of your application online when you log into your profile.

Do postings expire?
No, the positions will remain open and active until they have been filled.

Can I email/fax/mail/hand-deliver my resume directly to a recruiter?
To better serve you, our policy requires all resume submissions to be made through our website.

Someone called me from your Human Resources phone number and didn't leave a message.
Human Resources representatives typically leave detailed voicemails or will call you again. Please check your voicemail for a message.

I can't log back into my profile. Can you help me?
Yes. Please contact us at 404-851-8745 and someone will be happy to assist you.
