The Patient Account Specialist will be responsible for receiving and responding to oral and written patient account inquiries. This position requires the exercise of courtesy and patience to resolve patient balances and maintain positive patient relations.
One (1) year experience in customer service in a medical business environment (hospital, insurance company, doctor's office), medical collections, or related field, ORthree (3) years experience in customer service in any other industry.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
Typing requirement 50 WPM.
The days are Monday - Friday.
